Help build awareness of
SkillsUSA in your community by publicizing your events. To locate contacts for your local area newspapers, use the
SkillsUSA Advocacy Site. Go to the webpage, click on the Media tab, enter your ZIP code, and choose up to media five outlets at a time. Next, click on Compose Your Own Letter, and paste in your press release or an invitation to cover your events. To see contact information for each media outlet, click on the name. SkillsUSA’s National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC), the largest annual gathering of America’s future skilled workforce, will convene in Atlanta, June 1-5. This dynamic event will bring together more than 19,000 attendees, including middle school, high school and college/postsecondary students, teachers, school administrators and business partners.

SkillsUSA is offering an opportunity for the general public to experience its National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC) with a 1-day NLSC Pass for just $35. The pass is for Thursday, June 4, 2026 and grants access to key NLSC events at the Georgia World Congress Center from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
