SkillsUSA, the #1 workforce development organization for students, is proud to announce a new collaboration with CareerSafe to provide 5,000 students with a CareerSafe OSHA 10-hour course. This comprehensive safety training initiative encompasses both General Industry and Construction courses, empowering students with essential workplace safety credentials at no cost to eligible institutions or students.

Through this partnership, SkillsUSA paid members will gain access to industry-recognized, pathway-specific OSHA training designed to foster a culture of safety as students prepare to enter the workforce. Each course includes a robust suite of educational and administrative resources:

  • Lesson Plans, PowerPoints, and Interactive Gradebook
  • Comprehensive Study Guides and Pre- & Post-Testing
  • Plastic Lifetime OSHA 10-Hour Card upon completion
  • Access to dedicated US-based Support
  • Supplemental Course Topics and 1 Course Reset

While these comprehensive courses are typically priced at $35 for K-12 institutions, $49 for postsecondary and non-profit institutions, and $59 for retail, SkillsUSA is providing this training to 5,000 students as an exclusive member benefit at no cost.

Availability and Next Steps

SkillsUSA will offer these courses to paid members. Program administrators are currently finalizing the application process, exact deadlines and additional eligibility requirements. Further details regarding how members can apply for and secure this free training opportunity will be announced soon.
