Massachusetts Teacher Wins “Mega Prize”

Published: September 11, 2017
Larry Lambert, a programming and web instructor from Minuteman Career and Technical High School in Lexington, Mass., enjoyed a fantastic “mega prize” provided by Asurion. Lambert won the drawing at a reception for SkillsUSA’s 100-percent advisors and chapters of distinction during its June national conference in Louisville, Ky. Joined by his wife, Joanne, Lambert attended a Sept. 8 reception with SkillsUSA staff and toured the national headquarters. Later that day, the couple went sight-seeing in Washington, D.C., with SkillsUSA executive director Tim Lawrence. The prize package also included tickets to a Washington Nationals game, which several SkillsUSA staffers also attended. SkillsUSA offers a huge thank-you to its partner Asurion for sponsoring the prize package.
