A Slice of Life for Those in Hunger
SkillsUSA Minnesota recently participated in the 363 Days food program by preparing and donating more than 1,000 sandwiches for the homeless and hungry. The project supports the work of Allen Law, a teacher in the Inner City Minneapolis Public School System for 32 years.
Law, the sole delivery person, spends every night from 9 p.m. to 10 a.m. driving the inner-city streets of the Twin Cities in search of people to help. Learn more here: www.363days.org/index.html.
