New Mega Prizes Announced

IRWIN Tools will offer the following mega prizes:
Two lucky SkillsUSA advisors, and their guests, an all-expense-paid trip to the 2011 IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. This Mega Prize includes airfare, hotel accommodations, shuttle service and grand stand race tickets to the IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway for two during the weekend of August 26-28, 2011.

Solano will offer a membership mega prize for a Cosmetology instructor!  The prize package will include the following for one cosmetology instructor and a guest:

Two tickets to attend a Fall 2011 NY Fashion Week Designer Show (designer is still TBD and details will be provided by August 2011)

• Backstage photo opportunity with the celebrity hairstylist for the designer's show
• Round-trip airfare for two to NYC
  
• Hotel accommodations for 2 nights (night before the show and night of the show)
  
• Solano styling tool kit, having approximate retail value of $475 for the cosmetology instructor

Lowe’s will offer the following membership mega prizes:

Louisville Convention & Visitor's Bureau will sponsor one SkillsUSA 100 percent chapter advisor and guest to attend the April 2012 Thunder Over Louisville. This includes:

• $500 Southwest gift card

• Entry for two to the Pilots party (Galt House, value: $250)
  
• Admittance to the Command Central on Thunder (KY Derby Festival, value: $175)

NEW Customer Service Companies, Inc. will provide two (2) Suite Tickets for a 100 percent SkillsUSA advisor and guest to the Washington Nationals baseball team. Trip includes a VIP weekend including hotel accommodations and airfare stipends. Additional highlights of the trip include tours of the Nation’s capital and surrounding areas including a tour of the SkillsUSA National Center.

Klein Tools will be awarding five $2000 tool shopping sprees to 5 100% chapter advisors.

Kobalt Tools will be announcing this spring a new product line and will once again offer a tool package for specific schools based on 100 percent membership.

At the state level 100 percent chapter advisors and those advisors that have achieved a 10 percent increase in membership (with a minimum of 10 students) will be eligible for a drawing for gift cards from Lowe's.

IRWIN Tools awarded one lucky SkillsUSA instructor, and a guest, an all-expense-paid trip to the 2010 IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. This Mega Prize included airfare, hotel accommodations and race tickets to the IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway for two during the weekend of August 20th - 22. In addition to the excitement of the race, these guests enjoyed a VIP pass to watch the IRWIN Tools Ultimate Tradesman Challenge North American Championship. IRWIN also provided a similar VIP experience in Charlotte, North Carolina for a 100 percent SkillsUSA advisor and guest to the NHRA races.
