Basic Rate applies to commercial firms and private educational institutions
Discounted Rate applies to non-profits, educational organizations and qualifying sponsors of the Youth Development Foundation. Colleges and universities are eligible for the special discount rate of $400 for one 10x10 booth.

Loading in heavy equipment must be coordinated through George Fern in order to comply with Convention Center regulations and fire marshal code.
