Exhibit Services/Drayage Contractor - The official show decorator is George Fern. Exhibitor's Kits are downloadable.

Official Hotel Registration Forms - Hotel information will be sent with booth confirmation in January, 2009. Hotels can be booked online and instructions are included in exhibitors package, or complete the form and mail to the Kansas City Housing Bureau at the address on the form.
Sales Restriction - Management prohibits the sale of any items on the trade show floor. Vendors must take orders and ship products.

Basic Rate applies to commercial firms and private educational institutions
Discounted Rate applies to non-profits, educational organizations and qualifying sponsors of the Youth Development Foundation. Colleges and universities are eligible for the special discount rate of $350 for one 10x10 booth.

Street Exhibit Rate
$2.50/sq. ft. (includes street permits and security)

Street Exhibits Security is provided with these exhibits. SkillsUSA will handle all arrangements for standard security, permits, signage, and gain authorization through Kansas City Public Works. All street exhibitors must have a copy of their permit displayed at all times on the vehicle.
