To park your car at Kemper from downtown Kansas City, Missouri: (Driving From Bartle Hall): Follow 12th Street to Genessee and take a left on Genessee to Kemper. After you park your car at Lot B at Kemper, meet the shuttle bus, destination-downtown Kansas City – at the TeamWorks entrance at the American Royal building. To return to Kemper Arena and pick up your car, meet the shuttle bus on the corner between Wyandotte and 14th Street near Bartle Hall Conference Center. Parking will be available on a first-come, first served basis as follows:

Tuesday, June 25 - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday, June 26 - 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday,   June 27 - 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, June 28 - 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.

1. 16th & Baltimore – Surface lot, $3/day or $5/day for special events
2. 10 Central Parking Garage – $10/day
3. Wyandotte Garage – Go east on 12th St. from Broadway; turn left on
   Baltimore to 1020 Baltimore Ave. - $1 every 20 min, Daily max of $10
4. Block 89 Garage – Private Garage, only open after 5pm for event parking
5. Municipal Parking Garage – Limited parking passes will be available for sale at SkillsUSA Headquarters Sunday and Monday. The passes are active Monday-Friday - $45 for the week
6. Town Pavilion Parking – East on 12th St from Broadway, on the right side between Walnut and Grand - After 5 p.m. parking only, $5 flat rate
7. One Kansas City Place Garage – Not open for event parking
8. Crowne Plaza Hotel Parking – $15 self-parking, valet $19 and $12 for event parking
9. Cathedral Parking Garage – Located at 13th & Broadway - across from H. Roe Bartle Hall - Limited parking passes on sale at SkillsUSA headquarters on Monday and Sunday - Active Monday-Friday - Week pass $45.
10. Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts (Arts District) 17th & Central –First 30 minutes is free, after 30 minutes $5 or $7 for special events
11. Lots at 13th & Wyandotte (Private Lot that is used by Crown Plaza Hotel only)
12. 12 & Broadway lot - $6/ 0-4 hours, $12/ 4-12 hours, $10 for event parking.  Lock box system on site
13. 14th & Wyandotte – Surface lot, $5 lock box system on site.  $8 event
14. 14th & Baltimore – Pay meter option, $5/ 0-3 hours, $10/ 3+ hours, after 4 pm $10

Cash, School Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. A map of the immediate downtown area with other parking options will be provided there. State association directors will receive one complimentary parking pass in their packets.

Please take safety precautions when parking in public lots in downtown Kansas City.  It is recommended to remove your valuables or lock them in the trunk.
