SkillsUSA Programs and the Alumni & Friends Association is the beneficiary of this year’s raffle. Adding excitement to the raffle again this year, Justin Barnes of American Chopper fame will come to Kansas City and custom painted the bike.
Last year's winner was Franklin Canales from Meriden, Conn. The final painted bike is below.
