Vic ShiroThree SkillsUSA chapters have been honored for their efforts in the Student2Student Mentoring Program.

The 2005 Grand Prize winner for the Student2Student mentoring contest is
Bloomington High School in California.

There are two Awards of Excellence: Allegan County Area Career and Technical Education Center in Michigan and E.J.Milliken Technical Center at Eastern Suffolk B.O.C.E.S. in New York.

Champions at Work
Any chapter involved in mentoring can submit project plans, description and outcomes. This program is open to all SkillsUSA chapters at a secondary or college institution. Chapters must be participating in a mentoring project with local elementary or middle school students. The entire chapter and multiple programs at one school are encouraged to participate in a mentoring program. SkillsUSA membership will be verified.
