Colin PowellAmerica's Promise Alliance is a national campaign chaired by General Colin Powell and designed to ensure that our nation's youth will have access to five fundamental resources:
  • A caring adult: mentor, tutor, coach
  • Safe places and structured activities during nonschool hours to learn and grow
  • A healthy start leading to a healthy future
  • A marketable skill through effective education
  • An opportunity to give back through coummunity service
