Organizing a Carhartt Barbecue is easy. You provide the parking lot and advertising (at 100% co-op, up to earned accrual). The local FFA, SkillsUSA, NHSRA or 4-H will provide volunteers and the grill. We’ll take care of the rest.

• 12 logo T-shirts for the youth group volunteers
• Logo banner
• Ad slicks to retailer
• 10 posters for stores and schools
• $250 towards hot dogs, buns, soda and bottled water (must be submitted as a claim, separate form standard co-op)

The retailer will supply the youth group with $250 for food and materials for the BBQ.  The youth group will purchase all the supplies for the BBQ and turn all their receipts into the retailer.  The retailer will fax the receipts to Carhartt’s Co-op Advertising (313.749.6597) and will be sent a check from Carhartt for the $250. 

The Grilling for Dollars BBQ is a great opportunity for the youth and for the retailer!
