Chapter Management: Evaluation

Evaluation is a way to improve the quality of present work, and it gives a basis for future planning. Members should make evaluation reports in chapter meetings and discuss them openly. Evaluation and reflection will help to improve the quality of future activities. These evaluations might include:

  • Written reports.
  • Recommendations of committees.
  • Ratings of activities performed.
  • Names of supporting individuals or businesses.
  • Budgets.
  • Suggestions for improvement in the chapter.
