2014 National Conference
Pin and T-shirt Design Competition

Sponsored by Lowe's
SkillsUSA and Lowe’s sponsor a national conference pin and T-shirt design competition that is open to all dues-paying student members of the organization. Two winners were selected from the more than 500 entries that were submitted for this competition.

Congratulations to Marianna Crespin, the 2014 winner of the SkillsUSA National Pin Design Competition. She is a student at WarrenTech in Arvada, Colo. Her advisor is Scot Odendahl.


2014 NLSC T-shirt Design Winner

2014 T-shirt Winner
Congratulations also to Eric Villanueva, the 2014 winner of the SkillsUSA National T-shirt competition. He is a ROP Silkscreening Student at Apple Valley (Calif.) High School. His advisor is Mary Livingston.

Both students will be recognized along with their advisors at the Opening Ceremony of the National Leadership and Skills Conference in Kansas City this June. Each of their high schools will receive $5,000 from Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation for classroom and equipment improvements.

Each participant at NLSC will receive a conference T-shirt and pin showcasing the design through the Lowe’s sponsorship.
