2005 NLSC Pin Design Winner The winner of the SkillsUSA National Conference Pin Contest is Ross L. Wells, a senior in the graphic arts program at Butler County Area Vocational Technical School in Butler, Pennsylvania. Ross and his instructor, John H. Spaulding Jr., were recognized during the Opening Session at the 2005 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference. |
