Employment: Completed May-September internship at the Rome Sustainable Food Project in Italy.

Awards: Fifth place in Culinary Arts at the SkillsUSA Championships in 2009. Placed second in Culinary Arts at the SkillsUSA Championships in 2010.

What are you looking forward to the most in going to an international competition? Seeing what the rest of the world is like, how they compete. I'm stuck in the American food bubble, and I’d like to learn what their food ideas are all about. I love being exposed to different techniques.
