Awards: First place in the state competition in Restaurant Service, 2010-11. What are you looking forward to the most in going to an international competition? When I think about what I am looking forward to in the experience of competing internationally a lot of things come to mind like how I'm so excited to be exposed to new cultures and their different styles of culinary! I think it is a thrill and a rush to compete and having to think on my feet. Being a part of the SkillsUSA WorldTeam is a step in the right direction in being a better culinary leader. Out of all the things I mentioned, what I am most excited about is the experience as a whole. The SkillsUSA WorldTeam is generously sponsored by: |
