“I carry the confidence and experience I gained from being a member of SkillsUSA with me today. SkillsUSA provided me the basic understanding of the importance of teamwork, on-the-job discipline, and how to set and reach goals. Even 25 years later, those principles remain essential, both to my personal and to my teams success.” “A champion is a person who has a goal, sets it high and then accomplishes the goal. [Its] a person who has morality and confidence. Because if you accomplish a goal and you do it in a way thats not moral or is unjustified, youre not a champion, youre not a winner, and basically youre a loser. ” Tiffony Jewett, St. Louis |
