“I carry the confidence and experience I gained from being a member of SkillsUSA with me today. SkillsUSA provided me the basic understanding of the importance of teamwork, on-the-job discipline, and how to set and reach goals. Even 25 years later, those principles remain essential, both to my personal and to my team’s success.”
— Don Meissner, HR Communications, American Airlines

“A champion is a person who has a goal, sets it high and then accomplishes the goal. [It’s] a person who has morality and confidence. Because if you accomplish a goal and you do it in a way that’s not moral or is unjustified, you’re not a champion, you’re not a winner, and basically you’re a loser. ” — Tiffony Jewett, St. Louis
