Calculated Industries (CI), a leading manufacturer of specialty calculators and electronic tools and a SkillsUSA national sponsor, is once again offering a scholarship competition for secondary, post-secondary and vocational school students who are members of SkillsUSA. 

Student Inventors are invited to submit an application that includes a design for a new SkillsUSA-trade-related hand-held calculator that will be useful to at least one of the trades represented by SkillsUSA. Winners will be chosen by Calculated Industries executives and its product development team. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be an active member of a local SkillsUSA student chapter.

Product idea submissions must be for a device that involves calculations relating to a trade represented by SkillsUSA.

    Scholarship Prizes:

• Gold – $1,000 scholarship
• Silver – $ 500 scholarship
• Bronze – $ 250 scholarship
• 4th – 10th Places – $100 Gift Certificates
