SkillsUSA University The 2009 SkillsUSA University is a great opportunity for instructors and students to attend free educational seminars on a variety of topics. SkillsUSA University features the latest trends, new technology and the best career opportunities. Seminars will be held at the Marriott Downtown and Bartle Hall. Sessions are one hour except as noted. Topics include new industry trends and technology, career paths, safety programs, SkillsUSA programs and more. All participants receive a certificate of completion, and many sessions include free handouts, software, curriculum previews and other resources for teachers and students. Preview a map of the course, learn about where to park, what to take, and get any questions answered about the event prior to race day. Tuesday, June 23, Bartle Hall 2204, 11 a.m. Special Workshops, Wednesday, June 24, Marriott Downtown Evaluation Team Leader (ETL) Training. This workshop is required of all secondary and postsecondary automotive service technology, collision repair and refinish and medium/heavy truck mechanic training program instructors who desire to be evaluation team leaders.
